HP Photosmart A532 Inkjet Printer

HP has launched its latest product, HP Photosmart A532 Inkjet Printer which exhibits unique print quality with exceptional clarity and sharpness. It is a compact colour photo inkjet printer which makes use of inkjet technology for printing. This printer is launched with dimensions of 13.4cm x 25.2cm x 11.7cm. The weight of this printer is 1.31kg. It takes a warm up time of mere 27 seconds and has capability to print photos just in 29 seconds. It comes with a paper tray that can be folded up and a built in handle so as to enable easy portability.
The exhibited print speeds are up to 3.7ppm - colour draft - 100 x 150 mm, up to 2.2ppm - colour normal - 100 x 150 mm and up to 1.2ppm - colour best - 100 x 150 mm. With wired connectivity technology, the interface supported is USB. The maximum print resolution for mono is 600dpi while for colour it is 4800 dpi x 1200 dpi. With borderless printing facility, it also supports PictBridge to enable direct printing. With red eye removal function, it also enables you to take black-and-white, sepia, and colour-tinted photos.
It comes with 6 in 1 card reader. The size of the installed RAM is 32Mb. The included flash memory cards are Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Multi Media Card, SD Memory Card and xD-Picture Card. This printer also contains a preview LCD monitor of size 2.4” and 6 front panel buttons.
The media types supported by this HP inkjet printer are photo paper and index cards. The supported media sizes are 100 x 150 mm and 130 x 180 mm. The total media capacity comes to 20 sheets.
Equipped with an external power device arrangement, this printer requires a voltage of AC 120/230 V while the needed frequency is 50/60 Hz. While in operation, the power consumed is 23watt.
HP Photosmart A532 Portable Inkjet Colour Printer is supplied with drivers and utilities software. The required operating systems are Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Apple Mac OS X 10.4, Apple Mac OS X 10.3.9 and Microsoft Windows Vista. The operational temperature range best suited for this printer is 15 °C-35 °C and the humidity range is 20 - 80%.
This product is EPA energy star compliant as well. A 1 year manufacturer warranty for its parts and labour is provided to this device. It is compatible with both PC and Mac platforms.
