Maximum thickness range is 0.08 mm - 1.5 mm. It supports media feeders like Manual load 1 roll - Roll (111.8 cm) and Manual load 1 sheet - B0 plus (1118 x 1580 mm). Print server is integrated in this device. Connectors supported are 1 x Hi-Speed USB - 4 PIN USB Type B and 1 x network - Ethernet 10Base-T/100Base-TX - RJ-45.
Epson Micro Piezo is the supported inkjet technology. It consists of 8 individual ink tanks which offer high quality ink. Epson UltraChrome K3 with Vivid Magenta is the featured ink type. The colours supported by the ink palette include cyan, vivid magenta, yellow, light black, light cyan, vivid light magenta, light black, photo black or matte black. It features 8 x 180 nozzles, which offer better results. Minimum Ink Droplet Size is 3.5pl.
Drivers & Utilities is the software provided. Microsoft Windows XP 64-bit Edition, Apple Mac OS X 10.x and Microsoft Windows Vista / 2000 / XP are the OS required. Epson Stylus Pro 9880 Colour Inkjet Printer assures quiet operation with a Sound Emission of 50 dB during its operation.
