Epson R800 Inkjet Printers have the capability to use 8 ink cartridges. It also uses matte black and also gloss optimiser. It uses only Epson ultra chrome hi-gloss pigment ink mainly for matte photos and quality glossy. The device has the ability to offer resolution up to 5760 x 1440 dots per inch. The minimum ink droplet size of the unit has measured with the unit called Pico litre. It has 1.5 Pico litre size ink droplets. This product has the capability to print with a high speed.
You can take 4 x 6 inches borderless photo within 45 seconds and it is possible to print up to 17 pages per minute if the text is in black. You can take border free printing in different media like 5 x 7 inches and 8 x 10 inches. As it has equipped with Epson Print CD software, you can take prints directly only on inkjet printable CD or DVD discs. It has a paper holder that has the capability to hold up to 4 to 8.3 inches paper widths.

It has come with two interfaces namely high-speed USB 2.0 interface and IEEE 1394 connectivity.
