Canon Pixma iP1800/EN Inkjet Printer

Canon, the brand name in the international market for its electronics goods, introduces the all new Canon Pixma iP1800/EN Inkjet Printer. This unit is a colour photo printer and has the dimensions 44.2 cm x 23.7 cm x 15.2 cm (W x D x H) weighing 3.3 kg. It works on a special, Canon customized inkjet technology, the Canon FINE (Full-lithography inkjet Nozzle Engineering) Technology with a support for 4 ink palettes (colours) thus producing a fine quality photo print outs. The unit prints at a speed of 20ppm for black and white printing and up to 8ppm for colour printing.

The printing resolution (max) is 4800 dpi x 1200 dpi and uses a USB interface (wired connectivity technology) for PC connections. It has a total media capacity of 100 sheets through its automatic media feeder. This inkjet printer supports different media such as envelopes, plain paper, photo paper, semi-gloss photo paper, glossy photo paper, cards, matt photo paper, two-sided photo paper and high resolution paper. The included consumables are the colour ink tank with a product code Canon CL – 38 which prints up to 205 pages and a black ink tank with product code Canon PG – 37 which prints up to 220 pages. The supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista and Apple Mac OS X 10.2.8 - 10.4.

Canon Pixma iP1800/EN Colour Inkjet Printer works on an AC supply of 120/230V with an operational power consumption of 7 Watts and the same at standby is 0.7 Watts. Some of the included softwares are Drivers & Utilities and Canon Easy-Photo Print.

The media weight supported is 64 g/m2 to 273 g/m2. This computer printer has a total media capacity of up to 150 sheets. The connections include 1 x Hi-Speed USB - 4 PIN USB Type B and 1 x direct print port - 4 PIN USB Type A.
